Project Description

Cheese elaborated with raw sheep milk, aged in cellars for a minimum of 12 months, with Iberian pig lard on its rind, which confers the cheese a difference in taste. The lard impregnates the cheese with its sensorial characteristics, resulting in a delicious cheese. It is vacuum packed, so that the aroma and taste penetrate inside more intensely, making it unique.
