Elaborated with raw sheep milk, this over- 12- month cheese was aged with paprika. Paprika is one of the most appreciated condiments in the traditional cuisine. It has got important antioxidant effects and produces a rise in defense against free radicals.
It has been demonstrated that it reduces cholesterol and triglycerides, and has got anti-carcinogenic effects.
Ripening for more than 12 months
