Cheese made in a traditional way with sheep pasteurized milk, following our ancestors’ artisanal methods; it is a soft sheese which brings to the palate a fresh, mild and pleasant flavour that will make you remind the herds grazing in the fields of the region.

The cheese has a natural and white rind, showing average-sized eyes thoroughout the interior, Esparto grass marked on their natural rind. Due to the flavor and texture of the cheese, LOW SALT SOFT CAMPOESTRELLA has been granted the award Silver Medal in the competition World Cheese Award 2009.
