Made with unpasteurized sheep milk and white truffle from the Italian Piedmont. Maturated in optimal environmental conditions during 5 months, enhancing the flavors from raw sheep milk. The flavor combination of the matured sheep cheese and of the truffle gives to our cheese a unique taste.
