Cheese elaborated with raw sheep milk, aged in cellars for a minimum of 12 months, with natural rosemary in its rind. Rosemary is a very rich plant in active ingredients and has a large number of medicinal uses, such as it is antiseptic, tonic, stomach stimulant and diuretic.
It is a plant rich in antioxidants, very useful in rejuvenating treatments and has bactericidal properties.
Ripening for more than 12 months
