Project Description

Cheese made with unpasteurized sheep milk maturated during a minimum of 12 months in a cellar with lard and brandy on the rind, which gives it a special flavor. The cheese is soaked in lard and it gives it an exquisite taste.
Its vacuum packaging permits to its smell and its flavor to spread into the centre of the cheese, giving to our product a unique personality.
